About our company

Bobo Strategy was created in 2008 by Chris Cunliffe. Chris is an actuary who spent seven years solving problems for executives of large-scale financial institutions as an employee at a quantitative consulting firm .

In 2008 Chris began to realize that while a broad base of businesses and individuals share many of the same problems of large-scale financial institutions, many lack the resources to afford the skills to solve them. As a result, many problems solvable for large-scale financial institutions are at best difficult (and at worst impossible) for other businesses to address. That doesn’t seem fair - and Bobo Strategy was formed in part to help solve this problem.

Who we are

Our small size allows the owner (a credentialed actuary) to be intimately involved at a granular level with most of our clients. We are acutely aware of what we do better than everyone else in the market, and what we don't. We usually focus on what we do best.

Our approach

We deliver a unique blend of actuarial, technical, consulting, and practical skills - all rolled into one. We consistently focus on being useful to our clients. We hold a deep belief that what is in our client's best interest is in our long term best interest. So that's what we do.
